Director

Cilla is an enthusiastic problem solver with a passion for helping people achieve their goals, both in business and in life. With over 25 years’ experience in professional accounting, she can crunch the numbers just as easily (and with as much joy) as she can sit around the table with business owners to help them understand the meaning behind their financial data and how those numbers affect their business.

When it comes to niggly issues, frustrating or confusing roadblocks, you’ll find Cilla always ready to listen. She asks the right questions to ensure she understands, and it’s never long before she’s back with solutions to help you navigate and plan through those hurdles.

Dee Williamson

Operations Lead

You’ll usually find Dee with a cheeky grin on her face, happily streamlining an inefficient process, or excitedly prepping for a business planning meeting.

Dee comes to us with a varied background, having excelled in a range of roles in industries spanning from banking to technology. Dee brings a deep understanding of the importance of structure, planning and solid processes, in order to strategically evolve in business.

Her passion for people and making the complex feel easy, means there aren’t often problems too big or too small for her to find joy in tackling.

Coco

Accounts Barkable Officer

As the Accounts Barkable Officer, Coco takes charge of morale-boosting initiatives, and demands we stay focussed on balance with well-timed reminders that it’s time for a treat or to stretch our legs with a walk around the garden!

His specialty is enthusiastic greetings, always keen to ensure everyone around him is having a joyful day!
